Liehr has worked with clients in numerous industries including automotive, software solutions, law and healthcare. With over 30 years of strategic marketing and customer experience development, Elisa Liehr is also involved in creating and delivering customized corporate training and education programs (face-to-face and online) for her clients.
For the past 10 years, Liehr and her team has served as guest lecturers at Pepperdine’s Executive Education Masters program and sits on the UC Santa Barbara Extension Professional Education Customer Experience Advisory Board. Liehr has served as a mentor to communications students from Stanford, UCLA and USC. Most notable, Liehr is a member of Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) where she is actively involved in mentoring female entrepreneurs, innovators and leaders from across the nation.

As LIEHR’s marketing strategist, Lynda has proven success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans that integrate owned, earned and paid media. Lynda is a strategic marketing maven with over 25 years of marketing and project management experience. She has a background in the automotive industry and has worked with both Toyota and Acura. Lynda is also a professor of marketing and case development manager of the acclaimed Education to Business program at Pepperdine University.

A solid UX designer and data-driven social media research expert turned social media manager, Janna has additionally over a decade of writing and research experience that she has translated into her work developing branded narratives and intuitive online experiences. She has a natural talent for creating engaging and exciting narratives that weave their way through her UX design and social media content. Janna received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin—Eau Claire in December of 2010, her M.A. from East Carolina University in May of 2013, and graduated from the University of Tennessee with her Ph.D. in May 2018.

No detail is too small for Tom in his quest for perfection. With 25 years of strategic marketing, research and project management experience under his belt, and 9 years at LMC, Tom is a marketing expert. Tom is also LMC business manager who oversees the day to day operations.
Glenn is a design wizard, with an instinctive understanding of print and digital layout and a powerful creative vision. He has 25 years of creative design experience, with 12 years at LMC.

The silver screen is Jeff’s domain. He has an enormous talent that spans from filming to editing. Jeff has worked on consumer videos, educational videos, animated shorts and more. A multi talented cinematographer, videographer, motion graphics artist and LMC technical wizard, Jeff brings a fresh perspective and new, innovative ideas to the team and can turn a job around in the blink of an eye.
With a life long passion for storytelling, Dylan brings a unique approach and point of view to every project he works on. Dylan has an extensive background in both creative writing and video production, and uses these skills to create original and engaging content for our clients. Dylan graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a B.A. in Film Production in May of 2015.

Her attention to not only the big picture but also functional details has been the foundation of her success with both agency and client-side corporations. She is adept at developing and deploying marketing programs that balance creativity and customer experience, while achieving client business goals.
Kelsey is the master of schedules and timelines and will stop and nothing to ensure her clients’ products are delivered on time. She brings seven years of editorial, script and technical writing, editing and print and digital publication experience to the team.
