LIEHR was asked to help elevate customer service bay interactions at Toyota dealerships service bay. Our strategy centered on developing a dynamic customer touchpoint designed for service managers to effortlessly showcase the benefits of many Toyota Genuine Part. The goal was to transform a routine service bay interaction into a memorable, persuasive experience that drives customer confidence and brand loyalty. We developed an interactive tool that worked with on both ipad and cell phone that empowered Toyota Service Managers to quickly communicate the benefits of Genuine Toyota Parts. Our marketing strategy blended creative storytelling with digital accessibility to transform every customer touchpoint into a persuasive experience.
